TA Supply Points

I have a problem with supply points.

In my account my supply points are 400/400 while only have 1 package of 12CP in the inventory.

How is this possible, i believe i could store 40 supply packages in the inventory.

An other player has 41 packages in the inventory so i do not understand this.

Supply points are regenerated naturally over time, however the Command points are looted from bases that have packages held within. Therefore you do not naturally earn the CP neither de they get stored.

It looks we are forced to use packages and prevent the supply points reaching the max.
You are right about the packages from looting and they are needed to prevent supply points for reaching the max.
The system is a bit strange but this is it i guess.
