Thai language are not displayed properly in alliance chats

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

    Here are some screenshots.

    For example, it should show with vowels like this

    1. สวัสดีตอนเช้าทุกๆท่านครับ

    2. เข้ามาแล้วนิ่งๆ ทุกวันอาทิตย์จะลบออกสามท่าน นะครับ
