The Command and Conquer Ultimate Collection gone from library.
I can't start it since Origin demands my product code that has already been use on my account.

try uninstalling and reinstalling it your activation code will always work so by doing this it should reappear in your library.
trying to start any of the games i get a prompt to activate the product with my key, but when i do i'm not allowed since the key is already used.
What i'm saying is that the key doesn't work though i haven't unisntalled the games (since they're downloaded i doubt this will help).
