The first decade error

Everytime i try to download the game an error pops up. It always pops up when i am trying to download this file called Red alert(tm)ll/RA2/movies02.mix

this message pops up

File: D:\data8.cab

I have had this game for a while and never bothered coming on here for help. Hope it works.I am using windows 7
