The legitimate question about the keys

Dear Support!
This is not my first letter to you about the C&C key, but in this letter(message) not only I want to speak about why i dont get my/our key, this is more serious than this.
I have some friend who alredy got his key, and so sad to hear this while i was payed the full price for the Ultimate Collection, still i "fighting" with the support for the key.
Furthermore so sad to realize from the support/Community manager/etc they complain about "how many keys we sent out..."but in reality still so few players play this game right now,
maximum 10-20 player!Which allows me to think about this: There are lots of keys sent out for player who completely dont care about the game? Or just dont want to test it?
There is a 3rd option which i really dont want to. Simply they are not interested in the game cause they think this game is bad right now
which i dont want to. I want to ask, how many people ask the same question right now?How many of us complain about why not invited yet?
Or how many of them think the support didn't take care of them?
Sadly i've seen once there was 1 player who want to give back the money, cause he didn't get the key which is in the "ultimate Collection sale" so he thinked this is a scam.
I know the support not need to answer, but im afraid of not I'm the only one who think this is not normal, and with every answer just we see a miss answered question, not a clear.
We can call it false answers. I'm so sorry to speak like this, but i think someone has to say this right now.
All in all just for again: As a Ultimate Collection owner can we get our keys before the normal, free registered player?
If not, there is no premium for Ultimate Collection player ingame so i think we can feel we dont get everything which we payed. /As i said only if a free registered member got the key before us./
With this letter i want to get an proper answer, the true answer what we can assume from the future, what is waiting for us?

    Yup, second time I bought a C&C game and it says "Code has already been used." We could be playing but instead we are here.
