The Secret World

The Select Product drop down doesn't include the game I need ehlp with, The Secret World. 

When I try to load this game I get a message telling me that I must update to the 12.6 video drivers.  But I already have the 12.6 drivers (for Catalyst, AMD 4000 series.)

Can't really think of what to do next, and this poorly designed website isn't any help at all.
