"This Game Hasn't Rleased Yet"

Anyone else having this issue with running Command and Conquer Generals: Zero Hour? Tried to run game and it says 'This game hasn't released yet' Just wondering if anybody knows the solution to this. I've already asked and tried solution like changing the time sync, tried reinstalling and restarting my computer and still has not worked.
