@luiscyfferWhich league are you at? I´m not a supporter of what EA does to this potentially great game, by raise the price (of dias) with like every update they release.
There are tons of other possibilities why you were higher than "you just and you can´t play".
Starting with not reading the Changelogs, trying to beat this game without a strong alliance, deny to learn and not doing the basics what and analyse replays and learn from them. Ending up by facing a bigger amount of good/better Players in combination with frustation and bad mind set.
I´m got my first few lvl 11 Units now and playing completely for free, still moving up Master League, much slower cause of missing x2 Challegenes and Series, but I climb up. It´s definetly not an EA or Game thing you are not moving up.
I'm in platinum league gdi and diamond league nod. After I was dropped down end of last season (where i excelled). Now i just keep dropping to minimum where i can't go lower. I keep rotating troops and changing tactics end result i keep loosing.
@luiscyfferand you´ve lvl 10 units? You should really look for an active Team which gives Feedback and help to Players stucking in such a Situation - providing you take Feedback and are willing to learn from even negative Feedback.
Rotation and strategy changing might be helpful, but they´re not the key for everything. Your Decks might be balanced out enough or your strategies are to preidctable.
Like I said, " You are playing against better players." It is not a conspiracy to make you pay more.
I hit Masters league last season. I couldn't get further than level two. The players there were much more skilled then in the other leagues.
After the reset we all got dropped down to Diamond league. There I faced all the same skilled players that were in Masters league trying to get back to Masters. I lost a lot. I was finally able to get back to Masters league because they all made it out of Diamond league before me and the only thing that I was left with facing were the real people of diamond league so I was able to get out.
Now I'm back in Masters facing the same skilled players that I had a hard time with.
I am at tiberium right now with my deck having two level 11 units(my first 11s) and four level 9 units. If i can beat level 13s with these levels im sure you can too. Practice makes perfect. Strategy games are not easy.

Only if there was a better way to recruit people. I play everyday, and have an alliance, but have no way of growing it! Yea it would be nice to have a good active team to play with but the ability to build a good team sucks!

Yeah, you're right it sucks, but this is the one thing most mobile games have. I'm surprised that there's no real Team recruitment group, hashtag or thread on facebook, reddit, Twitter and so on.
That's where the most community of other mobile games are ahead. But I'm not sure how much active user this game really has. I don't think it's somewhere near 100k and that makes it difficult.
