I have had a little play around to see if I could solve this but I am getting no where. I have noticed that when I am at the menu if I click Campaign or Skirmish, then hit the enter key it starts the game. This still isn't good enough though because once I am in the game as soon as I try to click the Option button at the top of the screen it freezes!
Hitting enter makes the menu vanish. All I get then is background graphics.
I read the patch notes and it mentions something to do with the menu in there, so I removed the patch files and the problem is still there!
EA!!!! Help!
Community AdminJust to run through a few things:
Try running as admin.
Try repairing the game(not likely to fix it, but worth checking)
Try different compatibility modes(already tried)
Restart your machine with a Clean Boot
