TIBERIUM ALLIANCE: destroyed bases being used to gain an advantage by waiting 24 hours
can we please sort this.
this is what happens when base is destroyed.
no Alliance bonuses for 1 day
can not attack for 1 day
base repair time accumulates (Ruin or otherwise)
Vehicle repair time stops while in ruin.
40 tile teleport
1 hour protection bubble
however if you respawn base 24 hours AFTER bing destroyed.
Base repair time is full
40 tile teleport
1 hour protection bubble
allowed to attack instantly
this is being abused constantly by some people to gain an unfair advantage, because:
A. if the base appears it is protected from attacks, therfore can not remove it.
B. they attack when defence is fully repaired which is a mere 15 minutes
C.only way to protect yourself is to watch an area 24/7 and teleport away or attack it while it attacks you

15 minutes is not a fair ammount of time to protect yourself from attacks, especailly as you can not see the threat, in normal situations, you can see the threat and either deal with it or move away, get help to remove it etc.
in this situation the threat appears from NOWHERE and attacks, you can NOT prepare for it, unless you are online, you definatly can not REMOVE it, let alone get other bases in to protect the area.
solutions:
A: start the restrictions for being destroyed WHEN the base respawns - most simple
(so it doesnt matter when it respawns it still has 24 hours)
B: start base repair time when the base respawns, as this takes 8-12+ hours, bases that try this will be restricted to 1 or 2 attacks due to build damage.
C: restrict alliance bonuses until 24 hours after respawn. (this again weakens the attack)
D. only allow the protection bubble to happen any time within 22 hour of respawn. (so they HAVE to be open to attack if they can also attack)
E:attack restriction time = to teleport time from destroyed location
F: ban repeat abusers of the exploit.
this is suppsoed to be a stratergy game, you can not play strategically aginst a situation like this.
