We are unfortunately not able to recover items or perform account investigations, as we are a public and community driven forum. Was it the first time you have encountered an issues like this one or does it happen frequently aka more often than once?

Thanks for your response. This is the first time I have had this issue. Fortunately I had made some screenshots.
I did get in contact with a Game Advisor following your link. After providing my name and e-mail address the advisor contacted specialists.
However the specialists then told her nothing could be done because of procedures for situations like this. The only option open to me was to post a reply in the forum...
Just a question as a developer: does the game software write some logfiles where java-exceptions are being recorded?

@a4rdvark666 I am not exactly sure but we are not able to check any log-files on Answer HQ and it seems like neither can do our Game Advisor. I will pass the report on to our developers but I hope you can understand that reports will help to improve the game but that we are not able to come back with a response to every player if we forward such an issue to the studio. Please let us know if you ever encounter that or a similar issue again.

Hi Basti,
I don't mean to be harsh.
Why should I spend time giving detailed info about a defect and follow recommendations to contact a Game Advisor if EA doesn't act on it to replace missing content?
