Tiberium Wars - Mac

Hi

I have a MAC copy of C&C Tiberium Wars that has had so much use the disc has worn out and it will not laod. Can I find anywhere to buy a new one- NO! Is there an easy way to get in touch with EA - NO! Any help from anyone much appreciated although I am not that keen to pay way over the odds as I have seen one used copy on eBay for about 3 times the normal cost of a game like this. It has been my favourite game so would like to replace my worn out copy!
