Tiberium Wars & Red Alert 3 Problem

Good evening,

i bought the ultimative edition but when i try to start Red Alert 3 oder Tiberium Wars, the loading screen appears, then vanishs and nothing more happens.
No error no nothing, i tried to reinstall and the fix tool but without results, and the web doesn´t help either.

PS. I played those games one day ago in the retail version without problems , and i got no other problems with games, like BF3 or so

I wrote to the customer support 70 hours ago ... and i by myself have no other explanation than the DRM or a reg error.
But my computer knowledge is not that high to know how to solve that problem

I opened a ticket 1 week ago, no answer yet :D
And again: both games work on Steam!! But not on Origin ..

Try making room on your SSD and temporarily installing the game there. I seriously doubt the hard drive is your issue, lets confirm it.

Yea but that can´t be a solution and it´s kind of annoying that EA just won´t answer

I agree. So why do the games work on Steam but not on Origin?
