Tried to Re-Intall Red Alert 3, Now i need a new registration code?

The message says:"only a limited number of machines can ever be licensed by a single purchase, the limit has been reached, please get another registration code." I did purchase this game and have the case in my hand. I installed this game on my older PC back in 2008 then threw that PC away. Now when i try to Re-Install the game it asks for a new registration code? EA please give me another code, or can somebody help me?
