@mwestwood1993 You really shouldn't run RA2 on your native resolution; since the gameplay doesn't scale, you'll need a magnifier glass to still identify the units, and the game engine doesn't cope well with having to render large amounts of animations on-screen.
But, what IcedSonic said is correct; the CnCNet client contains fixes for the graphics issues that the game has.
