Unable to access online services for C&C Remastered due to licensing conflict
Been unable to access the online services for Command & Conquer Remastered collection for a number of months. The game is saying my account is restricted from EA's services. but theres no record of a ban on my account to appeal, I've spoken to EA Support who confirm there's no ban on the account and theres no reason I shouldn't be able to play. I believe this is a licensing conflict and I need help to take the steps to fix that
After repeated support requests, an agent finally fixed the account issue, turns out it wasn't correctly registered to my account, so it wasn't a game issue, it was an account issue as I stated, for anyone else having the same issue, open a support case as an account issue with missing content. you'll get put through to the right team, mention all other features work fine, they should then notice its an account issue and takes steps to fix that.
