Unable to buy from store

Hi,

I have been making purchases from the store but I have noticed in the last number of days I have been unable to make any purchases of diamonds or promo cards.

I can only make purchases that are in exchange for diamonds even though I can't purchase more.

    Hi @SouL_AmyRose and thank you for your post.

    Can you provide us with your Player ID (Settings -> About) so we can have a look?

    Do you get an error message when you are attempting to by diamonds?

    In promo cards it displays 'no content available'

    In currency tab, it displays the 4 currency packages for diamonds, but I cannot see any daimond packages for ready purchase.

    Anything that cost actual money, doesn't appear..

    Hi @SouL_AmyRose and thank you for the additional details.

    We've checked the Australian store and all store items were correctly offered.

    Can you do a fresh install and ensure you are logged into the correct GooglePlay/GameCenter account? Please ensure upfront that your account is linked (Settings -> Link Account).
