Unable to buy TA funds
Hi, i have been trying to buy TA funds for the last few days but with no luck. I am stuck at the "Payment options" page, i hit Continue but it doesn't go to the next step. I have tried to remove/add p...

When you have ongoing problems, when you try to buy TA-funds, please check follwing things first,
before contacting support or the community-team:
- check if the country-ip, you are logged in with, matches the country you chose for your preferred payment method
- make sure that you have disabled all anonymous tools and/or proxys
- some services will only be provided for specific countries, so it is possible that a payment method got removed
for an unknown timeframe
- we will do further adjustments in our checkout-process. Therefore it will not be possible in the future
to purchase funds from another country/region than the country/region you are connected from.
