Unable to log on

Joined the game yesterday, I cannot log into the game today. the message states that I cannot log onto server. I spent some money to help get a good start, 

I cannot find information on hoew to resolve the problem.

Can  someone please help or refund my monies asap

    Knight56, this is just a player-helping-player forum.

    Check with EA or Origin support, especially since you paid.

    Could you perhaps post a screenshot of the error message, so we could get a better idea of your problem?

    Did you perhaps misstype your password, or forget it?
