To make it simpler for us to find the relevant information, I'll ask you to please provide a DXDiag (it is a file containing information about the software installed on your computer, and will answer any question we might have regarding your drivers or operating system, etc.
Here is how to create a DXDiag.
* Click on your "Start" button or press the Windows key on your keyboard.
* Click in the text field at the bottom of the Start menu, where it says "Search programs and files".
* Type "dxdiag" (without the quotes) and press Enter.
* Click "dxdiag" in the programs results.
* A box called "DirectX Diagnostic Tool" should open.
* At the bottom of this window, you will find a button called "Save
All Information".
* Click this button.
* A box will pop up prompting you to save a file called "dxdiag.txt"
* Save this file to your "Desktop".
* Now you should see a text file called "dxdiag.txt" sitting on your
Windows desktop.
Thank you. 🙂
