Unable to view videos on Red alert 2

Hi i just bought the command and conquer ultimate edition but i am having problems running the game.. the screen will be all black but the audio will be on. when it enters the main menu i cannot see ...

    And Tiberian sun, doesn´t work either. The menu options screen is corrupted, however if possible to activate game, same crashes if one chooses to choose the options menu tab.

    This game set is starting to look like a rip off
