I bought brand new android tablet, and i tried to play rivals with this device
but game dosnt supported this device, so i could play with poor graphics.

Do you mean you were able to download the game from the Play Store, but you get the performance warning and the game graphics are super low?
If a device is not supported, the Play Store will tell you so, with no option to download and install the game.
