Our concern is not what dev concerns. Basically the goals are different. We can only decide whether we're gonna continue to play.

The goals are NOT different.
Customers want to have a satisfactory experience when playing a game, and the developers want customers that are satisfied. Ultimately, it is the customers who pay the developers' salary. So any company that does not have happy customers will have severe problems in the long run.
