Why do Mutants take so much Chem Warrior/Buggy damage?
If they are immune to Tib damage, shouldn’t they take a lot less Chem damage?

What I meant is regular tiberium, they are resistant to it. They however are vulnerable to concentrated doses (like tiberium waste, used by catalyst and chemical missiles and chem buggies and warriors). I mean they have a tolerance to tiberium that's why they can stand on top of it, but a chem buggy can melt a mutant since its ammo is concentrated tiberium sludge.
@EinarThePillager A well.. the game description says “Immunty... Tiberium Damage”. Don’t think it gets any more plain than that.
It is immune, but not to chem buggy attacks. Remember the latest cabal games? A chem warrior is available to ensure counter against marauders. Maruaders are immune to the regular tiberium but are still part human. A concetrated dose of tiberium is enough to take one down when normally they are resistant to it. Its like how some bacteria are partially resistant to some medicine, either you need a higher dose or a different one to kill them off.
From a lore's perspective, mutants are resistant and not immune for I once tossed a chemical missile at them in tiberium sun. The missile landed close to them and the gas came out and killed them. The tiberium just has a symbiotic relationship with them and if there is too much, they die.
I’m not saying that it should be immune to the Chem attacks. I’m saying it should have very big resistance. It should not die quickly to a chemical made up of a substance that it’s immune to.
