@EA_Grasshopper I uninstalled, reinstalled and still I lost the game instead of winning. It is the 3rd time within a few hours.

It is good to hear that there is a solution to this rather annoying issue. I didn’t encounter the bug anymore, but if I do I will try it out.🙏

It has started happening to me as well. The last two matches in a row. Makes me not want to play another. I saved both matches and shared them with my alliance. Besides the aggravation, you lose your winning streak, your medals, points, etc. it ruins your stats as well.

Hey @RicksDaBom_2vqd I recommend you reinstall the game to avoid this happening. This is a known issue that the team is actively investigating. It can happen when you and your opponent either disconnect or run on slightly different versions of the game. ie, one of you has all the latest game files and the other does not. Reinstalling fixes it while we work on a solution!

Apparently this problem can be solved by completely uninstalling the game, and then re-installing it. It seems that some files are not properly updated without a fresh install. Before you uninstall, make sure that you have linked the game to an E-mail or Facebook account so that you don't lose your progress.

Holy smokes! I had saved both videos and shared them with my alliance. Now when I go back to watch them both for a 3rd time, the videos completely changed! All of a sudden there are units out there that never existed in the actual games I played! And it shows me getting my butt whooped! What is going on here?? Alternate realties? Because those were NOT the games I played.

I am pretty sure that is because of a disconnect. You and your opponent are not seeing the same game then, since the information about what your opponent does is not available on at least one side.

I recorded the replay of video. I won but shows defeat. In the end of game shows victory. Wtf?

I Noticed this too. Ho lee Sheet!!!! Why at the third time replaying the video..
The first two times It was the video of actual game that I played. And now the video has changed. Alternate realities DO exist!
