I have the same issue but in the us. I even deleted the app had to reinstall and do the demo walk thru before I could reminisce my account. I thought it was fixed then but it’s not.I hope my trophies will be added back since I did win

Same happened to me. I was at 1499 points. 1 left to be promoted and after winning I ended up.loosing 18 points. So frustrating.

And again it happened..at this point I'm thinking of quitting the game. It's tough enough as it is and if I keep losing whenever I win there is no point in playing.

Hey @44n6n8d5xwci thanks for reaching out. Sorry you encountered these desyncs. The team is aware and hoping to address this, in the mean time, there is already a new version of the game out that should reduce the chance of this happening. If you haven't already, please update to 1.4.3, hopefully it improves your games. Thanks!
