When you want to stop distribute ( and steal customer's money with ) unusable games?
I just realized that I lost my money again, because the C&C ultimate collection is unusable full of bugs. The EA answers contains tons of unorganaised, unclear information with broken links.
I already lost the fight with Medal of Honor Airborne, and I getting lose the fight with the C&C ultimate collection.
I really confused, with EA lack of professional.
I'm not EA. I'm a volunteer helping people out because I like helping people. This is not a complaints forum, this is a place to ask for help, where both EA support people and other players can give responses to help people out.
I can't give much help if you don't give any information at all, though. Which specific problems do you have, with which specific games?
To get started: Command & Conquer 1, Red Alert 1 and Tiberian Sun have all been upgraded with community-created unofficial patches that fix a lot of their bugs and compatibility problems. For Red Alert 2 there's a more general patch that solves a lot of its graphics problems. You can find them here:

No, but you could explain what problems you're actually having with the games...
As for EA, simple fact is, there is no one employed at EA to take care of the C&C games, and no one employed at EA who even knows how these games work. Ever since Generals 2 was cancelled, there is literally no C&C team at EA.
So yes, I'm pretty much the closest you can get. But don't let that worry you, I got years of experience in fan-patching these games.
