Your order is being reviewed?

Me and my friend decided to buy the game. He bought the game without any problem and origin stated to download the game immediately. Than i tried to buy the game, at the end of the process i got an email that is telling me that my order is being reviewed? What does it mean? We both bought the game with credit card. He is able to download the game now but i cant. What is this nonsense? It is a digital game and it is telling me that i have to wait 48 hour?!?!

Sometimes it takes time to process orders for whatever reason.
You didnt happen to use the same card did you? If you did, that could be the reason? If it does not come through or you dont get a response, try calling or submitting a ticket.
