yr intro movie in loading screen

I'm not sure where to put this but this.i have win10, I bought yuris revenge (yr) from origin (the ultimate collection)  and I recently  redownloaded CnCnet. I had CnCnet before and it worked fine and had no problems, but i did  a restart of my pc and it wiped everything so I had to redownload it.

problem:

now the problem is that every time I want to play  a 1player skirmish (in skirmish mode)  I get the intro movie to yr before the loading screen ,( it also happens online when I play with other players),  the one with the white house, all of it, and its annoying to have to esc out of it every time.

does know how I can stop this from happening?

attempt at the solution:

I got the patches with the aqrit and the ddraw. for aqrit I have all 0 except for the "ForceDirectDrawEmulation" which is 1 and the realDDrawpath is "auto" and  see in the ra2.ini that "intro play=no". 

so I'm not sure why its doing that, thanks for the help.

    @screwyouihateyou

    CnCNet has its own configuration options, which include different ddraw overrides. you shouldn't have to do any of that manually when you're using the CnCNet tools.

    Also, CnCNet has its own forums, where the actual CnCNet devs hang out. You might want to go there for help on their system.
