Yuri's Revenge game speed control?

Secondly, when playing Yuri's Revenge, i can't find a game speed control?

I'm 100% sure I've played this game with a game speed reducer before (not skirmish's, as that control for skirmish doesn't affect the main game).

There's just no way I can keep up with the fast pace of this game is this can't be lowered.  I had a tank battle that was over in about 8 seconds and had no way to even click on my repair tank to even get to anyone.

I looked all through options on the main menu and when I hit Esc.  I tried googling this as well and it seems I can't find an answer that way either.

    The campaign only gets a game speed control bar if you start the game with the parameter "-SPEEDCONTROL". I think you need Bibber's fixed game launchers to give such parameters to the games.

    I tried emailing him. I can't seem to make it work after I run it.  The instructions on his readme says to run a -game command from console, but what console? Command Prompt?

    Also, now when I go to origin and look at my game, it is greyed out and says I need Windows XP to run it.  That's not a big concern up front, but all the other games are greyed out now as well that I haven't downloaded.
