Yuri's Revenge Skirmish Menu Stuck Origin

So I wanted to play some old Yuri's Revenge from my Ultimate Collection and for some reason, the game just gets stuck when I choose Skirmish from the main menu. The only way out of it is to Alt-F4/Ct...

@Denji Gotcha, unfortunately with the older titles the newer OS's just aren't working in all aspects. 

As Yuri's Revenge was released nearly 20 years ago, it's one of the titles that unfortunately falls into this category.
