can't choose chapters 16 and 12 from the chapter select menu

A bump for this... I'm getting it too!

Looking at it again... I understand not being able to play 12 as there are no collectables on it... but 16... That has a fair amount!

Okay just tried playing from Chapter 15 and it will continue into 16 for you.

Yeah pretty anoying. I played until Chapter 13 completly in Coop. We quit for that day when reaching 13 and my mate and me checked the chapters for how many % we got in each. he GOT Chapter 12 in the chapter select but i dont!

Same here, I have no ability to choose chapters 12 or 16 on my hardcore and my immpossible playthroughs.

Seems like replaying the Chapter enables it finally....

For you maybe... I've replayed 4 times, still un-selectable.
