12 years agoI have joined X-Box Live Gold. I have entered my redeemable online pass code, and purchased a new online pass when that didn't work. I keep getting the same message: "Your Gamer Profile does not have the correct permissions to access Xbox live functionality." I am posting here because Microsoft has no idea what is going on, and redirected me to you geniuses. Now, having spent the last hour navigating yours and Microsoft's convoluted online purchase systems and counter-intuitive graphic-based search engines, I would love to have an explanation as to how I might perhaps play the game I paid for. If that's not too much trouble.
