It has been over a month now! This is still not fixed. I have went though and deleted the hole game plus saves and all data related to the game and I have got back to the same spot And I am experiencing the same exact thing as stated above. I would seriously like this to be fixed thank you.
I'm stuck on ch.11 as well. The quarantine fight never happened and now I can't progress, the way point still shows me where to go but nothing happens.
