Crash can't see save file

HI after so many crashes I managed to play about 10 hours and almost get to the end.

Now the game no longer recognizes the save files. I found my save files in Dead Space (2023)\settings but the game doesn't see them

    Cloud synch problem, try to verify game files and start game as admin.

    If that does not help remove save files and backup them in another folder just to not lose them, then try to start a game again as admin and see if game can load your latest save from cloud.

    There is some conflict with cloud and save files in PC.
