Crossplay Dead Space 3 (Steam and Origin)

Since EA Games are available in Steam, is it possible to play with a friend Dead Space 3, when I have it bought with Origin and my friend with Steam?

    Hey @woyzeckkiller,

    Dead Space 3 does require an Origin account even when being launched through Steam.

    This means you should be able to play with a friend, but they will need to add you to their Origin friends list first. 

    After that you should be able to play together! You can read more about those steps here.
