Dead space 2 doesnt recognize when disk 2 is inserted

In dead space 2 i finished the first disk and always get prompted to insert disk 2 though once i do nothing happens. I thought maybe it was my copy so i returned it and for another but the problem re...

Same thing happening here. Ive installed both discs, uninstalled both discs and reinstalled both discs and still nothing. I had planned to do a complete run through of all three games in one night. This killed my fun man.

I know dude, I been waiting soooo darn long to resolve my issue that I lost interest.....and money ☹️

    How long are you waiting?

    I've only tried to play this year, but I believe this issue started near 2013...
