Dead Space 2, login failure
i am trying to get into play multiplayer on dead space 2 for pc. ive downloaded the game, created a account, and its say that my account or game is dissabled. why is this.

At what point do you receive this error message? Are you launching the game through Origin? Have you redeemed the product code for the game to allow access to it? Please provide more details of the issue in order to make it easier to help with this problem.

I have same problem. I bought game in steam. I didn't played dead space 2 for long time and when i tried to login to EA ingame I forgot my password. Now EA screen shows me that another account was activated with this key!!!! Please visit ea support :/
same thing is happening with me :/
me too but i just got the game and i did something wrong with my email i made a new account so i logged out tried to use old account and now i cant use any account wtf
