Dead Space 2 unable to connect to EA servers
Hello,
I recently bough dead space bundle on steam. When I try to sign into my EA account in-game, I get the "unable to connect to EA servers..." message.
I have read other posts and tried activating the game in EA app with the steam key. It says code accepted, but after selecting the language/region, I get "The product code you entered is not valid. Please re-enter the code."
Is there an easy way to resolve this rather than contacting EA Advisor and linking accounts? Seems like it has been an issue for a lot of people for years now......
- @Nybomi I have exactly the same issue after buying the bundle, including the message when trying to use the product key in my EA account. Steam support told me they can't help me with games not published by Valve, and EA told me (after a lot of back and forth) that the online components have been shut down.
When I linked my Steam account in my EA account I received an entry for DS 3 in my EA library, but nothing for 1 or 2.
