Dead Space 3 Crashes After Chapter 11 Boss Eats Me

Hello,

After I beat the Chapter 11 Boss (the one that plays like the Hive Mind in DS1 and who eats the player at the end of the fight), the game crashes and my PC reboots. Specifically, this occurs right as I land in the creature's stomach acid, before I'm given control of Isaac again.

Is there anything I can do to advance the game? Since the crash occurs during a scripted sequence, there's no way I can avoid it. The game is effectively broken.

I'm running an AMD Radeon Mobility 5650. I know I don't have a gaming rig, but the game runs beautifully on my machine up until this point.
