Dead Space 3 disappeared from my library

It's been decades since I last connected to my EA account to play some games on pc. However, I recently got a new pc and decided to download EA to check on my old games. And for my surprise, my Dead Space 3 was not there anymore. I tried using the code from the CD from when I bought it (yes, I had the physical copy of the game) and I got a message saying the code was not available anymore. However the game is not on my library anymore, and I cannot redeem the old code.
It's frustating because I had hours and hours within that game, achievements, DLCs, etc.
Does anyone knows how to fix it?
