Dead space 3 is not showing in the My Games section

I paid for dead space 3 yesterday and have the email to prove it now on this email it says to go to origins my game section to download it and when I go there I can not see my game is there anything ...

I've given up on the phone, again will try chat again.

i got through on chat he told me to ring the number not helpful at all, been on phone 30 mins now still on hold, but it doesnt even give uyou dead space as an option so had to click on account issue
