Dead space 3 is not showing in the My Games section

I paid for dead space 3 yesterday and have the email to prove it now on this email it says to go to origins my game section to download it and when I go there I can not see my game is there anything ...

    i waited 3o mins on chat and it then just said 5 minutes for a nother 20mins i refreashed and chat wasnt working haha
