Dead space 3 online pass unavailable.
I downloaded the game from ea play to my Xbox one so I can play with a friend. I can play the game on solo. However, when I try to buy the online pass, it says it's blocked for my account. I am over the age of 18, there's no parental controls, and I have my settings set to allow me to do what I want. When I go to the Xbox store to download the online pass add-on, NONE of the three online passes there are available. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game. I've tried buying the pass on my old 360, but it doesn't even show as an option to be able to download. I've tried getting to the error screen, closing the game and reopening 3 or 4 times, and it still doesn't allow me to download. I've tried going to the manage games and apps, and it ONLY shows the game. Can ea support just create a code that can be used to install the dang thing? Is there anyone that can help?
