Dead space 3 resolution problem

Find the following file and right click and edit the relevant lines to read as below:

C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\EA Games\Dead Space 3\system.txt

Window.Height = 900
Window.Hz = 60
Window.Width = 1440

Once you have made these changes just save the file and retry.

But the file of the game is in the origin folder and when i open the dead space map...there was no system folder...at all.

Ea origin version perhaps?

Ok... Barry im in sweden and i dont know the differences with yours and ours computers.

but i know its c: then program x86, origin games and dead space 3 but theres no system file.

il try to cooperate as best i can ok? ok.

C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\EA Games\Dead Space 3 is a hidden folder. You may need to click on Organize, Folder and search options, View, and then select "Show hidden files, folders or drives, Apply, OK, close and re-open Windows Explorer. You will then be able to access that system file and edit its contents.

Can you see the folder and just not the specific file?

i see the dead space 3 folder, but inside theres nothing, nadda.

Hey there, how did you solve it in the end..Ive tried all the solutions I could find and the game resolution won't go over 1024 x 768 60Hz..my native resolution is 1920 x1080 which is an in game option but won't apply when I alter the config file.
