Dead Space DirectX Setup Error: An internal error occurred

Hi, I just downloaded dead space 1, but when I try to install the game, the download reaches 25% and stops, it says ¨ DirectX Setup Error: An internal error occurred ¨, I've searched solution to this...

    yep erasing all except for

    1. DXSETUP.exe

    2. DSETUP.dll

    3. dsetup32.dll

it's funny how I never got this error when using Windows Vista, and now that I upgraded to Windows 7, I get this error. and supposedly win vista is the glitched one XD
