Dead Space Not Saving Button Mapping

Community Manager@ChrisW75 This one may be a little tricky, especially if they aren't saving correctly. If you change the mapping and they don't save, or cause issues do the following:
- First, repair the game and try again
- Then, go to C:\Users\user\Documents\Dead Space (2023)\settings
- Delete everything except your saves if you have any
- Repair again
- Launch and test it out
If this does not work, I would do a full uninstall, and then the following:
Delete Windows Temp Files
- First, make sure you close as many programs as you can
- Press the Windows key + R, go into the file explorer
- Type in %temp%, and hit Enter
- Delete everything it allows you to delete
- Reboot the PC
Optional Registry clean-up
- install CCleaner (it's free) from here
- Run Registry cleaner
- Click review selected issues
- Do you want to back up? No
- Click Fix all selected issues
Thanks I'll give that a try later if it doesn't start working. It was a completely fresh install and the first thing I did when I opened the game was to rebind the keys. It's not that it didn't save them, it's that it wouldn't let me change the bindings at all.
I uninstalled the game and left it reinstalling on the SSD overnight last night. I'll check it again when I get time later this afternoon. Maybe it'll start working again.
If not, I'll try to get a screen cap of the issue to share before trying your suggestion.

@ChrisW75 I took a look around and tried to test it and I didn't have any issues, so something makes me thing its just not saving what you are doing. That could be permission based which can be harder to solve. There are a few other things you can do try test it but I wanted to make sure I tested it to see if mine would save. I use controllers more than a keyboard but I still change most of the buttons anyways for myself.
