Thanks I'll give that a try later if it doesn't start working. It was a completely fresh install and the first thing I did when I opened the game was to rebind the keys. It's not that it didn't save them, it's that it wouldn't let me change the bindings at all.
I uninstalled the game and left it reinstalling on the SSD overnight last night. I'll check it again when I get time later this afternoon. Maybe it'll start working again.
If not, I'll try to get a screen cap of the issue to share before trying your suggestion.

Community Manager@ChrisW75 I took a look around and tried to test it and I didn't have any issues, so something makes me thing its just not saving what you are doing. That could be permission based which can be harder to solve. There are a few other things you can do try test it but I wanted to make sure I tested it to see if mine would save. I use controllers more than a keyboard but I still change most of the buttons anyways for myself.
