Dead Space PS5 initial disk download crashes

I’ve purchased the Dead Space game disk and noticed when loading it up to get started, it would download to 77% or 25gb out of 31 gb before it crashes as says “cannot install”. I’ve tried all the solutions the other players suggested and I’ve did a full check on my system, psn, internet, reset license, the whole works. I’ve decided to contact EA help to get this resolve with a possible solution since I already purchase the game and can provide all proof of this just in case it is in question. I am getting atleast 5 different EA support experts thats giving the same links and similar responses. In fact, I am getting links for how to resolve a digital download when I have specifically stated that the game I have is on a disk. Interesting. Well, purchase this game at your own risk or possible get a run around with multiple people. I suggest do not waste your money or time.
