Dead Space remake: inifinite death loop

I was trapped in infinite dying loop in Dead Space remake on PS5. I've searched this forum but could not find similar issue and resolution. It appears that Isaac is killed instantly during the load...

    Hi, 

    switch off your Controller while starting the Game. This Trick worked for me 🙂

I can’t load any save because the game just spawns me in and kills me while the games still loading in…
